Here we are again, the Scottish Borders Export Club's informal evening, an opportunity for you to show off what you make, or do, and have your say into the running of the Club. An inter-active evening.

You are encouraged to bring along your products. Perhaps make a 5-10 minute presentation and seek advice and/or guidance from experienced Exporters. Previous presenters have found this exercise to be invaluable, and these short presentations are not restricted to Export Club members. Anyone with an interest in exporting can participate. No advance notice is required for presentations, and anyone wishing to use PowerPoint should contact Mike Wilson on (01 896) 831 742.

Next we would like to invite your input into the programme of meetings and workshops for 2004-05. We will be asking if you would like more of the same or, if there are any special topics or changes required to keep the programme interesting. Remember it is your Club and your input is very important, as well as being appreciated by the Committee.

Last year we introduced the Export Market Quiz, which was a great success, and once again we plan on testing your knowledge of a major Export Market or topic. Nothing too difficult or serious. Remember, this is meant to be an informal, easy going evening. There may even be a prize for the winner at the end of the night.

In previous years this meeting has proved to be an extremely popular event thoroughly enjoyed by everyone and, as always, there will be the finger buffet with wine, and the opportunity to network with fellow exporters.

All Scottish Borders Export Club events are open to anyone with an interest in Exporting. Everyone is welcome - be they members or not, manufacturers, designers, or service providers.

As usual the presentations will be followed by a finger buffet giving you the opportunity to meet with like-minded business people from Scottish Borders companies with an interest in International Trade. We look forward to welcoming you.

Do not miss an excellent opportunity - Many of the benefits to be gained from attending an Export Club meeting come through the networking opportunities that present themselves after the meeting.
