Project successes have included the development of a major energy park on a former opencast pit, construction of housing on former colliery spoil heaps, environmental audits for future developments on contaminated sites, restoration of mineral operations to alternative afteruses and financial savings on the rehabilitation of derelict land together with many town planning successes some of which have gone to appeal.
