Development of the Fast-Answers Methodology

Fast-Answers was conceived by an international traffic planning and engineering consultant after working under constant time pressure and to tight budgetary constraints on large multi-disciplinary development projects over several years. He is now the director of the Fast-Answers project and has
 over 35 years experience in four continents (in consultancy,  local government and academia; almost 20 years as an international consultant)
 completed well over 70 international traffic planning and engineering assignments as an independent consultant
 previously lectured in traffic planning and engineering at Napier University in Edinburgh
